Thom Jones has lived in more than a dozen countries and delivered training in over 70 of them. Formerly part of the senior executive at Embassy CES before becoming Director of Operations USA for Studygroup, he returned to the UK to work with Trinity College London and now works with a variety of organisations on a wide range of projects.

Duncan Foord is the Director of Oxford TEFL, teacher training and language schools in Barcelona and Prague. He has 30 years of experience in language teaching, teacher training, and school leadership and management. He is the author of "From English Teacher to Learner Coach" (with Dan Barber, The Round 2014), "The Developing Teacher" (Delta Publishing, 2009), and "The Language Teachers Survival Handbook" with Lindsay Clandfield (Its Magazines, 2008).
